Refund and Returns Policy

Refund Policy

  • The refund of the payments are based on certain terms and conditions of HBIC Solutions. If the candidate is truly eligible for getting refund means they will be able to get their funds back within 15 – 20 working days, since the day an issues is raised.
  • The refund amount will be credited to the same account from which the payment has been processed or transaction has been initiated by our customer.
  • The processing fee will not be refunded to the customer and based on the eligibility of the customers are going to get the payments back to their accounts.
  • In case of the refund related to the service, the concerned department has the full authority to retain the appropriate amount of the payment based on the progress of the work, date of admission, and services rendered till the point of return request.

Terms and Conditions for Cancellation

The cancellation of a service/course is only allowed by the customer in the following conditions:

  • If there is an evidence of not delivering the services on the given date/time to a customer.
  • If the customer/student is not interested and would like to cancel his course five (5) days ahead of course commencement.
  • If the services/courses have been cancelled due to any reasons from the HBIC Solutions.

Consider the following for the delays of refunding process:

  • If you have not received a refund as per the commitment, please check with your bank account and contact the bank officials.
  • Sometimes the processing time may be high based on the banking terms and conditions, therefore, have a word with your banking officials with appropriate transaction reference number.
